    Based on our conversation, I'll put together a proposal that matches your needs — whether that's retainer hours, a specific package, or ad-hoc support. Everything is transparent; no hidden fees.

    Once you're happy to proceed, we set everything up together. I take time to fully understand your systems, preferences, and way of working so the handover is smooth and seamless.

Retainer packages run on a monthly basis, so there's no lengthy commitment. Ad-hoc hours are available with no commitment at all. I believe in earning your trust every month, not locking you in.

How do we communicate and collaborate?

We'll use whatever tools work best for you — email, phone, video calls, project management software. I adapt to your way of working, not the other way around.

Can I start with just a few hours to try it out?

Absolutely. Ad-hoc hours are perfect for this — you can use support on a one-off or occasional basis with no ongoing commitment. Many clients start this way and move to a retainer once they see the value.

What are your working hours?

I work Monday to Friday during standard UK business hours. The Daily Inbox & Diary package includes inbox checks twice daily, Monday to Friday. For urgent matters, we'll agree on the best communication approach during onboarding.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is fundamental to everything I do. I'm happy to sign an NDA, and I treat every piece of client information with the same care and discretion I brought to 40 years in corporate environments.
